It always surprises us that they won't see each other for months but are best friends every time they see each other. Kaitlyn even calls Briella best friend. It's so fun to see them together! Thanks Taylor and Stephanie for letting Kaitlyn come for the week!

Who is this strapping young man at the Emmys? A guy in our ward found this and thought it was hilarious!!

Oh No!

So I've recently heard from a very reliable source (related to Stephenie Meyer) that the other twilight books rights have been sold. Due to this there is a very large possibility that the last two movies will be rated R. This sure does put a damper on things!

Any name suggestions? Personally I'm wanting to go with Paula, but that has been turned down for the last couple pets. :(

Twilight!

I'm excited that the Twilight movie is coming out earlier! I don't know if you've heard this but the first song on our playlist is the lulluby that Edward wrote for Bella in the movie. I think it is so pretty! Hopefully is't really in the movie! Can't wait!

Marissa'a Dance Festival!

Our hair had to be curly so every day I showed up to the dome in hair curlers. It was embarrassing at first as you can imagine but the fact that I was with a group of youth made it not as hard. That is one of the many reasons i love the church. You can show up to a place looking really funny but no one will say anything about it. I'm so glad that the church does things like this.

Our new Neighbors

We recently got a planter from Jamin and Rachel. A few days later when mom went to water it, a small snow bird flew out. In this pic you see the only two that hatched. :( Eventually there was only one left.

If you look real close you can see the momma but its not a great picture! sorry.

Over the last week and a half or so its gotten so big. On Sunday it got out of the nest and onto the ground. We're not sure we are going to see it again. It's been a lot of fun to watch it grow. The grand kids have especially enjoyed it!

Here's a small video of the baby. If you listen closely you can hear the mom in the background. Thats what she does every time we walk out of the house.

Our First Post!!

We have finally started a blog. With one son in Idaho and the another on the way we've decided that we should keep in touch and what better way to do it then with pictures. We have no guarantees though but we will do our best to keep it up yo date!!!
